A graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics and Electronics at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow. He is actively involved in KIC InnoEnergy operations, an international company that runs research and development projects . Mr. Tokarski is a member of Polish Academy of Science, Energy Faculty. He is also active member of the Economic Society of Polish Power Plants and the Polish Committee of the World Energy Council. Since 2009 he is participated in the reaserch works on CO2 capture and storage in power generation sector, including construction of pilot plant in one of Tauron facilitie.
